Condensing gas boiler

The key to condensing gas boilers lies in condensing technology, which is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly technology; Its principle is not complicated, simply summarized as recovering heat energy from flue gas through condensation. In traditional boilers, the exhaust temperature is generally between 160-250 ℃, or even higher, causing the water vapor produced during fuel combustion (such as natural gas: CH4+2O2 → CO2+2H2O) to be in a superheated state in the flue gas and to be lost from the chimney along with the flue gas. The thermal efficiency of traditional boilers can generally only reach 85% to 91%. The condensing gas boiler reduces the exhaust gas temperature to 50-70 ℃, fully recovering the sensible heat and condensation latent heat of water vapor in the flue gas, and greatly improving the thermal efficiency.

Condensation technology is designed to reduce the heat loss during fuel combustion, efficiently absorb the thermal energy generated by the fuel, and collect harmful substances in the flue gas into the condensate water due to flue gas condensation, reducing the emission of acidic substances and other pollutants into the air. The more professional condensing gas boiler adopts smokeless combustion technology, which reduces the emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx can cause acid rain and greenhouse effect) beyond 35mg/kWh.
