The convection cooling tester is mainly used to test the protective effect of cold resistant gloves on the wearer's hands in special use environments, that is, the insulation function of the gloves. Product Features

  • Polymer hand mold, measuring areas including fingers, palms, and backs of hands, with dimensions in accordance with EN 511 and GB/T 38304-2019 standards;

  • The two temperature measurement areas of the hand and wrist can record the temperature loss of each area separately, providing data for measuring the effectiveness of gloves;

  • Can maintain a stable heat flow of up to 200W/m ² through the hand mold, with measurement accuracy within 2% of the average energy reading during the testing period;

  • The surface temperature distribution of the hand mold is balanced, with an average surface temperature setting range of (30-35) ℃ and a local deviation of surface temperature not exceeding ± 1 ℃;

  • The temperature deviation of the dedicated climate chamber is ± 1%, the humidity deviation is ± 5%, and the difference between the average radiation temperature and the average air temperature is less than 0.5 ℃. The average air flow rate in the testing area is (4.0 ± 0.5) m/s, and the turbulence intensity is less than 30%;
