The cyclone bucket uses strong centrifugal force to separate the mixed liquid during high-speed rotation.

When the centrifugal force exceeds the surrounding fluid, the particles will experience greater centrifugal force. When the centrifugal force exceeds the fluid, the particles will overcome this pressure, flow inward, and be isolated from the surrounding fluid. When the particles approach the swirl bucket, they will be pushed down along the pipe wall by the liquid above the swirl bucket.

When approaching the bottom channel, they gather together to form a highly viscous suspension and are discharged through the downstream orifice.
