The dual box furnace is independently developed, designed, and produced by Zhipu Furnace Industry Co., Ltd. Its furnace structure is diverse. Can be used in most scientific research and laboratories. The temperature is 1600 ℃, 1750 ℃ or 1800 ℃.

Characteristics of dual box furnace

1.High quality molybdenum disilicide heating elements, the furnace is selected according to the purpose, using high-strength, high-strength, high-strength fiber materials, or made of alumina hollow balls or corundum mullite.

2. The insulation layer is composed of ceramic fibers and insulation materials with very low thermal conductivity.

3. The dual furnace shell and additional cooling equipment ensure extremely low chassis temperature. The furnace door can open an adjustable air inlet at the same time, and an outlet B-type thyristor SCR with automatic constant current and automatic current limiting is installed on the top of the furnace.
