The DCRSZ electromagnetic induction heating steam generator generates an alternating magnetic field through electronic circuit board components. When a container containing iron is placed on top, the surface of the container cuts the alternating magnetic field lines, and an alternating current (i.e. eddy current) is generated in the metal part at the bottom of the container. The eddy current causes the iron atoms at the bottom of the container to move at high speed and irregularly, and the atoms collide and rub against each other to generate heat energy. This method fundamentally solves the problem of low efficiency in resistance heating through thermal conduction, such as electric heating plates and coils.
Heating some molecules inside the body directly induces magnetic energy and generates heat, which starts very quickly. The coil itself does not generate heat, has small thermal resistance, low thermal inertia, and the temperature of the inner and outer walls of the material cylinder is consistent. The temperature control is implemented accurately, and the intelligent control is real-time and accurate. The average preheating time is shortened by one-third compared to the resistance coil heating method. Electromagnetic heating, due to the fact that the coil itself does not generate much heat, has a long lifespan, does not require maintenance, and has no maintenance or replacement costs; The heating part adopts a circular cable structure, and the cable itself does not generate heat and can withstand high temperatures above 500 ℃, with a service life of up to 10 years. No maintenance required, there are basically no maintenance costs in the later stage.
