The DDG-3023A intelligent conductivity (resistance) rate monitoring instrument is an intelligent water quality measurement and monitoring instrument that uses a microcontroller for measurement and compensation, and adopts a Chinese menu style prompt operation. It has three channel measurement and control functions, and the output current and alarm upper and lower limits of each channel can be adjusted separately. The temperature compensation coefficients of channels A and B can be adjusted separately. This machine is also equipped with an RS-232C standard serial communication interface output, which can communicate data with intelligent instruments with RS-232C standard serial ports, such as computers, printers, recorders, remote consoles, etc. It is matched with our DY-301B conductivity (resistance) printer to achieve printing and recording of measurement data. Widely applicable for measuring and monitoring industrial online conductivity in industries such as electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, electromechanical, nuclear energy, and drinking water. This instrument adopts an open hole insertion installation, which has the characteristics of wide compensation range, accurate and stable measurement, and convenient use and installation. It is a new generation intelligent instrument for conductivity (resistance) measurement and monitoring.
Main characteristics of the instrument
Using MCU technology for automatic compensation of temperature coefficient of aqueous solutions (including general electrolyte solutions and pure water), with precise data processing;
The instrument has three measurement channels that can simultaneously monitor three different measurement points, making it particularly suitable for measuring and monitoring raw water, pre-treatment, and produced water in water treatment equipment;
The large screen dot matrix backlit LCD display can simultaneously display the conductivity and resistivity values of three measurement points. Users can choose measurement data with or without temperature compensation screens according to their needs. When temperature compensation is selected, the measurement data will be automatically converted to the value at 25 ℃ by the instrument;
All three channels have (4~20) mA current signal output;
Equipped with RS-232C standard serial port signal communication function, it can communicate data with intelligent instruments with RS-232C standard serial port, such as computers, printers, recorders, remote consoles, etc. Equipped with our factory's DY-301B conductivity (resistance) rate printer, it can print real-time measurement data from three measurement channels. If the communication software CD from our factory is selected, it can establish a communication connection with the user's computer and perform printing and saving;
● It has alarm functions for conductivity upper limit and resistivity lower limit, and three channels can be controlled simultaneously;
The instrument has multiple working parameters such as electrode constants, temperature compensation coefficients, and alarm settings for three channels, which can be modified by users according to actual situations. At the same time, the instrument has power-off protection function;
