The DDG-9250 intelligent conductivity meter is an intelligent conductivity measurement and control instrument that uses a microcontroller for measurement and compensation. It adopts a Chinese menu style prompt operation. It has conductivity measurement, fully automatic temperature compensation, and monitoring and control functions. This machine also has functions such as standard isolated 4-20mA current signal output, conductivity upper and lower limit alarm output, and RS-232 communication interface output.
Main characteristics of using instruments
●Using MCU technology for automatic compensation of temperature coefficient of aqueous solutions (including general electrolyte solutions and pure water), with precise data processing;
●TFT color LCD display, capable of displaying conductivity and temperature values on the same screen, as well as the current output current value;
●Equipped with RS-232C communication interface output;
●Real time clock and display of year, month, and day;
Measurement range: 0~300.0mS/cm; 0.00~2000μS/cm; Among them: automatic range switching from 0~20.00 μ S/cm, 0~200.0 μ S/cm, and 0~2000 μ S/cm;
Temperature compensation: This instrument has automatic temperature compensation, with a compensation range of 0-60 ℃, a compensation reference of 25 ℃, and a temperature compensation element NTC10K Ω;
Display mode: TFT LCD display is selected, with a fully Chinese operation menu. The conductivity value, corresponding TDS value, current temperature value, date clock and other parameters are displayed on the same screen. The effective display size is 54 × 36 (mm);
Instrument level: 1.0 level;
Electrode configuration: This instrument can use three different specifications of stainless steel electrodes: C=0.1, C=1.0, and C=10.0. They are connected with a 4 'pipe type threaded connection and have a standard wire length of 5 meters;
Alarm signal output: The instrument has conductivity upper and lower limit alarm settings and dual contact control signal output, with a contact capacity of 220VAC/7A;
Current signal output: This instrument has a standard isolated 4-20mA forward or reverse current signal output. The 4mA and 20mA operating values can be set arbitrarily according to user requirements to ensure output accuracy. The output load is ≤ 750 Ω (active);
RS-232 communication interface output: This instrument has a standard RS-232C serial port output, which can be connected to intelligent instruments with this interface to achieve the transmission and recording of measurement data. Such as computers, printers, etc;
Real time clock function: This instrument has a real-time clock function, which can record measurement data in real time;
Instrument power supply: This instrument has a choice of 220AC or 24VDC power supply (confirmed by the user when ordering);
