The DDG-8250 intelligent conductivity monitoring instrument is an intelligent conductivity measurement and control instrument that uses a microcontroller for measurement and compensation, and adopts a Chinese menu style prompt operation. It has conductivity measurement, fully automatic temperature compensation, and monitoring and control functions. This machine also has functions such as standard isolated 4-20mA current signal output, conductivity upper and lower limit alarm output, and RS-232 communication interface output. Equipped with our DY-301B conductivity (resistance) printer, it can print and record measurement data, and is widely used for online conductivity measurement and monitoring of water production equipment in industries such as electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, electromechanical, nuclear energy, and drinking water. This instrument adopts an open hole insertion installation, which has the characteristics of wide compensation range, accurate and stable measurement, and convenient use and installation. It is a new generation of intelligent instrument for conductivity measurement and monitoring.
Using MCU technology for automatic compensation of temperature coefficient of aqueous solutions (including general electrolyte solutions and pure water), with precise data processing;
● Large screen dot matrix backlit LCD display, which can display conductivity and temperature values on the same screen, as well as the current output current value;
● Equipped with RS-232 communication interface output;
Real time clock and display of year, month, and day;
Equipped with a USB interface function, it can store measurement data in real-time on a USB drive for easy data storage (optional feature);
Measurement range:0~300.0mS/cm divided 0~2000μS/cm; Divided into 0-2000 μ S/cm, 0-200.0 μ S/cm, and 0-20.00 μ S/cm with automatic range switching.

Automatic temperature compensation:Equipped with automatic temperature compensation function, the compensation range is 0~60 ℃ or 0~100 ℃ (high temperature), the compensation reference is 25 ℃, and the temperature compensation component is NTC10K;
Display mode:Adopting a 56 × 36 (mm) large screen dot matrix backlit LCD display; Chinese menu style prompt operation;
Electrode configuration:This instrument can be equipped with conductivity electrodes of different specifications and connection methods. The specific parameters are shown in the table below:

Output signal:The instrument has an isolated 4-20mA current signal output, with adjustable operating values of 4mA and 20mA. The output load is 750 Ω (active);
Alarm signal output:The instrument has upper and lower limit alarm relay signal outputs for conductivity, with output load of AC220V, 6A;
RS-232 communication interface output:(Communication protocol see attachment)
USB port output:This instrument has a USB port output and can be connected to an external USB flash drive. The relevant measurement parameters of the instrument can be recorded and saved on the USB flash drive, and can be read by the user's computer (optional function);
Real time clock function:This instrument has real-time clock function, which is convenient for recording the time nodes of data transmission;
