Overview

Reverse osmosis is a high-tech membrane separation technology developed in the 1960s. Its pore size is very small, mostly ≤ 10 × 10-10 (10A), and it can remove organic matter with small ion range and molecular weight in the filtrate, such as bacteria, viruses, heat sources, etc. It has been widely used for desalination of seawater or brackish water, production of pure water for electronics, pharmaceuticals, drinking distilled water, space water, and also applied in biological and medical engineering.

The reverse osmosis device produced by our company is mainly composed of imported composite membrane components, supplemented by multi-stage centrifugal pumps, stainless steel high-pressure pipelines, valves, instruments, electrical control systems, etc.

Note: Before starting the reverse osmosis device, the inlet water quality must meet the requirements of the inlet indicators, otherwise the reverse osmosis device will shorten its service life.

4、 Working principle

Reverse osmosis, also known as reverse osmosis (RO). It is to use sufficient pressure to separate the solvent (usually water) in the solution through a reverse osmosis membrane (or semi permeable membrane). Because it is opposite in direction to natural infiltration, it is called reverse osmosis. According to the different osmotic pressures of various materials, reverse osmosis methods with pressures greater than the osmotic pressure can achieve the goals of separation, extraction, purification, and concentration.
