Overview

Purpose: Used for sorting disordered polyester bottles. Scattered and unmarked bottles are fed into the bottle storage circle of the bottle sorting machine through the elevator. With the push of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle compartment and position themselves. Through the flipping device and the action of the airflow, the bottles are sorted into upright bottle mouths and output through the pneumatic bottle conveying system to enter the next process

This machine adopts PLC computer control, variable frequency speed regulation, adjusts production capacity, and is equipped with a removal device to automatically remove bottles that have been squeezed or deformed.
