Purpose:
This series of equipment is mainly used for the production of various non carbonated beverages such as polyester bottled mineral water and purified water, achieving bottle flushing, filling, and sealing on one machine.

1. The whole machine adopts a bottleneck suspension operation state design, which makes the bottle smooth and reliable in high-speed operation, and greatly reduces the number of changed parts, making it more convenient and fast to replace the bottle type.
2. Adopting a new generation of stainless steel flip type bottle clamp, the clamp does not touch the part above the thread of the bottle mouth, and is equipped with a nozzle to fully flush the inner wall of the bottle without dead corners.
3. Adopting advanced gravity filling principle, filling is fast, stable, and accurate.
4. Use magnetic torque type cap head to achieve cap grabbing and cap twisting. The tightening torque is infinitely adjustable, ensuring a tight and reliable seal without damaging the lid.
5. The whole machine adopts human-machine interface touch screen buttons, PLC computer control, and is equipped with missing cover and overload protection alarm devices, which can timely detect and eliminate faults, and have a high degree of production automation.
6. The components that come into contact with water are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the main electrical components are products from internationally renowned manufacturers.
