The 3-degree beam angle and extremely small antenna design can also achieve good measurement results in complex working conditions such as internal components, mixing devices, and compact containers. The Dinghua G80 frequency modulation radar level gauge is currently widely used for highly accurate level measurement of various media in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, video, energy, and water conservancy.
Measuring principle
The G80 FM radar level gauge is a "top-down" measurement system based on the principle of frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW). The antenna emits electromagnetic waves with continuously changing frequencies in the direction of the medium. After the electromagnetic waves reach the surface of the medium, they are reflected, and the reflected echoes are received by the antenna again.
Eight characteristics:
(1) High reliability: The core technology, ELL signal analysis technology, can reduce the impact of various false echoes and ensure high product stability.
(2) Safety: Designed and produced according to the IEC61508 standard, the safety design concept ensures high product safety.
(3) High precision: accuracy ± 1mm, using FMCW frequency modulation technology, obtaining type approval certificate for measuring instruments, ensuring high precision of the product.
(4) Dual cavity shell: realizes circuit cavity isolation to ensure on-site electrical safety.
(5) Wavelet beam angle: 3 ° lens antenna, small antenna technology, strong anti-interference ability.
(6) Small blind spot: The blind spot is less than 2cm, and the small blind spot technology minimizes the impact of the blind spot.
(7) High bandwidth: 5GHz bandwidth, high bandwidth technology ensures high resolution and high signal-to-noise ratio of the product.
(8) Millimeter level wavelength: Millimeter wave technology has the ability to penetrate smoke, dust, and fog, making it suitable for use in complex working conditions.
Technical advantages:
(1) Remote debugging: After adding a remote communication module, Dinghua G80 can achieve remote debugging.
(2) Ultra large range: The maximum range of Dinghua G80 can reach 120 meters.
(3) High temperature resistance: Dinghua G80 can measure high temperature media up to 200 ℃.
(4) Multiple output modes: Dinghua G80 can choose from 4~20mA, HART, Modbus and other output modes.
(5) Ultra small antenna: The Dinghua G80 can be installed on the threaded mouth of G1 half at a minimum.
Application scope:
Dinghua G80 FM radar level gauge is suitable for level measurement of liquid and solid media. The application scope includes media with a dielectric constant greater than 1.4, such as aqueous media, hydrocarbons, liquid gases, solid particles, etc.
The non-contact, continuous output, and multiple antenna types of the product meet the installation and use requirements of various working conditions. For example, highly corrosive nitric acid storage tanks, liquid chlorine storage tanks with a dielectric constant of only 1.5, paraffin tanks with agitation, and PVC monomer storage tanks that are prone to crystallization.
