1. Purpose
This machine is suitable for wear resistance testing of materials such as cloth, paper, paint, plywood, leather, floor tiles, glass, natural rubber, etc.
2、 Principle
This machine uses a rotating sample to hold a pair of wear wheels and apply a specified load. When the sample rotates, it drives the wear wheels to wear the sample.
3、 Execution standards
This machine can be manufactured according to standard requirements such as DIN-53754, 53799, 53109, 52347, TAPPI-T476, ASTM-D3884, D1175, etc.

Preparation for experiment:
Fix the test sample on the testing turntable, select the required testing weights and install them, and ensure that the testing grinding wheel does not come into contact with the sample fixing fixture during the testing process.
After setting the number of tests according to the testing requirements, the entire machine is in a testing state.
Operating standards:
1. Connect the appropriate power supply 220V according to the label
2. Manually rotate the test disc to ensure that the grinding wheel does not come into contact with the fixture during the testing process.
3. Turn on the power and test the machine first. If there are no abnormalities, turn off the power.
a. Plug in the power supply (AC220V, 3A);
b. Turn on the power switch
c. Set the required number of experiments on the counter

Attention If an emergency situation requires stopping the machine, press the STOP button to stop the testing work. |
If any abnormalities are found during the testing process, please stop the machine in a timely manner and disconnect the power supply if necessary. During the testing process, users are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization
5、 Maintenance matters
1. The instrument must be placed on a stable ground before use,
2. It is not allowed to move the machine during use;
3. Choose the corresponding power supply voltage, do not exceed it to avoid burning out the components;
4. In case of any abnormality in the instrument, please contact our office for timely handling;
5. The machine must have a good ventilation environment during operation.
6. Due to the high operating load, please add lubricating oil to the mechanical components of the button machine in a timely manner;
7. After each experiment, clean the machine and keep it clean;
8. The control box should be wiped with a dry cloth, not a damp cloth. After wiping, spray some rust proof oil
9. Ensure proper grounding of the equipment
