DJYPVP intrinsic safety cableIt has low capacitance, low inductance, excellent shielding performance and anti-interference performance, so its explosion-proof safety performance is significantly higher than that of general DCS cables and computer control cables. This cable is suitable for use in places with explosion hazards such as petroleum, chemical, power, gas engineering, mining, and other places with high explosion-proof safety requirements. It is used as a signal transmission cable in circuits such as distributed systems and automated detection and control systems.

Production execution standard for intrinsically safe computer cables: Enterprise standard (equivalent to BS5308-86).

1. AC rated voltage ∪ 0/∪: 300/500V.

2. Long term allowable high working temperature for cable conductors: 70 ℃ for polyethylene insulation; Cross linked polyethylene insulation at 90 ℃; The insulation of halogen-free low smoke flame-retardant polyolefin is 70 ℃; Polyvinyl chloride insulation at 70 ℃

3 Z low ambient temperature: fixed installation -40 ℃; Non fixed installation -15 ℃. The ambient temperature during installation and laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃.

4. Allowable bending radius for cables: Non armored, braided shielded cables shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; Copper tape shielding, armored cable not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
