Amplifier parameters
1.1 Equipped with dual probes, equivalent to two patch clamp amplifiers. It also has a single probe patch clamp amplifier.
1.2 A highly automated amplifier controlled by a computer, with the instrument panel fully controlled by the computer, achieving the integration of the amplifier, converter, and software.
1.3 Equipped with a preamplifier, the signal is transmitted digitally instead of through traditional analog transmission, effectively reducing noise.
The 1.4 probe has capacitive feedback (Cf=1pF) and resistive feedback (Rf=50M Ω and 500M Ω) circuits, the former for single channel recording and the latter for whole cell recording.
The frequency bandwidth of the 1.5 probe input signal is: capacitor feedback circuit>500kHz, resistor feedback circuit>250kHz.
1.6 Due to the high resolution of the integrated analog-to-digital converter, there is no need to set amplifier output gain.
In the 1.7 voltage clamp mode, an 8-pole low-pass Bessel filter is used, and its open circuit noise level is as follows (RMS).

1.9 has an 8-pole low-pass Bessel filter with a filtering frequency range of 100Hz~1MHz and more than 13 selectable bits.

2.1 Integrated with amplifier.

Data Acquisition and Analysis Software

3.3 The acquisition software has a Lock In function for measuring cell phagocytosis/exocytosis, with a measurement frequency of up to 1kHz.
3.4 The collected data can track and record up to 600 metadata describing experimental data (such as animal species, genotype, cell type, environmental temperature, resistance value, capacitance value, and other experimental related information).
The 3.5 analysis software has modules for neural discharge analysis, action potential analysis, camera image analysis, and single channel recording analysis.
3.6 The analysis software has a fast power clamp analysis function.
