◆
OverviewThe ER-DXN series high-voltage live display device is designed by our company for indoor high-voltage electrical equipment of rated voltage 3-35kV systems. Not only does it have high-voltage live display and locking functions, but it also has self checking function, which can detect the performance of the device itself, greatly improving the reliability of the device.
This device can be used in conjunction with the electromagnetic lock on the switchgear to implement forced locking and prevent accidental entry into the live compartment, thereby improving the safety performance of the supporting products.

technical indicators
Environmental temperature: -10 ℃~85 ℃, relative humidity: ≤ 95% RH;
Rated voltage of the system: 3-35kV;
LED startup voltage (kV): bus voltage x 0.15;
Locking start control voltage (kV): bus voltage x 0.65;
High voltage live sensor:
Power frequency withstand voltage: 30kV, 42kV, 95kV;
Lightning impulse withstand voltage (peak): 60kV, 75kV, 200kV;
Maximum operating voltage: 7.2kV, 12kV, 40.5kV.
◆
Self-check functionThe UA, UB, UC, and UN (terminals 13-16) of the device are not connected to voltage and only connected to the working power supply (terminals 9, 10, and 11). Press and hold the self-test button“

”The A, B, and C three-phase indicator lights are on, indicating that the device self-test is complete and working normally.

Notes:·The input terminals of UA, UB, UC, and UN must be connected to the high-voltage bus through dedicated high-voltage live sensors, and must not be connected to high voltage in any other way, otherwise it will cause device damage and inconvenience to your use;
·Connect the wires with a shielding layer and reliably ground the shielding layer;
·2kV/1-minute power frequency withstand voltage test is prohibited between UA, UB, UC and ground;
Power frequency withstand voltage test: 1) Connect the power input terminal in parallel to ground; 2) Connect the output contacts in parallel to ground.
