DZL biomass hot water boiler

The DZL biomass hot water boiler adopts an arched tube plate and threaded smoke tube to form a boiler, which changes the boiler from a quasi rigid structure to a quasi elastic structure, eliminates the tension support in the tube plate area, reduces stress, and changes the chimney inside the tube plate from two return to a single return, solving the problem of tube plate cracks.

Due to the installation of an upward discharge pipe in the lower part of the boiler, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, making it difficult for sludge to settle. The high-temperature area of the boiler can be well cooled, preventing bulging in the lower part of the boiler.

By using college heat transfer threaded smoke pipes, the heat transfer effect has been enhanced, achieving the characteristics of fast boiler heating and pressure rise, and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

The DZL biomass hot water boiler has made significant improvements in water circulation, successfully adopting the lower header injection technology, eliminating the front downcomer to make the structure simpler, changing the water circulation curve of the riser, and increasing the margin of water circulation. A forced circulation hot water boiler uses the pressure head of a circulating water pump to circulate water in the boiler along a certain process, so that the water maintains a high flow rate during operation, achieving a safe water velocity to avoid cold boiling and making the water circulation of the boiler safer and more reliable
