The peeling thickness can be adjusted because the machine computer control has an adaptive function (i.e. automatically adjusts to lower according to height, thinner according to thickness, and straighter according to bending). It is an ideal equipment that utilizes Shanghai golden melon silk, meat, seeds, and skins to significantly improve efficiency. The machine is also compatible with 26 kinds of fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, pumpkin, winter melon, pineapple, papaya, pomelo, jackfruit, taro, etc.
