Diamond and CBN (cubic boron nitride) fine cutting blades

When accurate slicing is required, diamond and CBN (cubic boron nitride) blades are preferred. It performs better than traditional grinding blades when cutting specific materials, especially very hard materials.

Accurate and clean incision:

Diamond and CBN blades are very thin and can remove a small amount of material while reducing surface wear.

This is an ideal solution when accurate and aesthetically pleasing incisions are needed.

Suitable for various materials:

According to the material being cut, different sizes, concentrations, and bonding strength combinations of abrasives are required. Biaole has developed special purpose grinding blades to ensure high-quality cutting results. The selection table in the "Order" tab provides blade recommendations based on the application type.

Wide diameter range:

Accurate cutting is usually done using smaller precision cutting machines, but larger saws can also be used. Our cutting machine can be equipped with diamond and CBN blades ranging from 3 inches [76mm] to 18 inches [450mm], each of which can perform fine slicing.
