Application Description of YPF-100A Diaphragm Pressure Gauge:
The YPF series diaphragm pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure or negative pressure of various liquid media with certain corrosiveness, viscosity, and non crystalline or non solidified properties. Different materials of membranes can be selected according to the different requirements of the measuring medium for corrosion resistance.

Principle and Structure:
1. The instrument consists of a measuring system (including flange joints, corrugated diaphragms), a transmission indicator mechanism (including connecting rods, gear transmission mechanisms, pointer dials), and a housing (including a case and cover ring).
The working principle of the instrument is based on the deformation of the elastic element (diaphragm in the measurement system). Under the pressure of the measured medium, the diaphragm is forced to undergo corresponding elastic deformation displacement. Through the transmission mechanism of the connecting rod group and amplification, the measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
