Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as power, tap water, water treatment, petroleum, chemical, and metallurgical industries to measure the pressure of various fluid media in processes that require high corrosion resistance and vibration resistance.
The overall structural design of this instrument is reasonable and exquisite, with high measurement accuracy and long-lasting stability. Therefore, it can not only provide an ideal supporting product for export, but also for domestic users to achieve localization of similar instruments introduced into technology and equipment.

Structural principle of stainless steel pressure gauge:

A stainless steel pressure gauge consists of a pressure guiding system (including joints, spring tubes, flow limiting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device (pointer and dial), and a housing (including case, cover, glass, etc.).

The pressure gauge displays pressure by the elastic deformation of stainless steel sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows, bellows) inside the gauge, which is then transmitted to the pointer by the conversion mechanism of the movement inside the gauge, causing the pointer to rotate.

For instruments that are filled with liquid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) inside the casing, it can resist severe working environment vibrations and reduce the pulsating effects of medium pressure.
