Working Principle:
Using a fan installed at the starting point of the conveying system, positive pressure air above atmospheric pressure is introduced into the feeder device. The material is added from the hopper and enters the feeder for quantitative feeding under the action of gravity. The material and gas are transported together through the conveying pipeline to the separator or storage bin at the end point. After the separation of material and gas, the air is filtered and discharged into the atmosphere.

This system is a pneumatic conveying system that uses a Roots blower as the gas source and a rotating feeder as the feeding device to continuously pressure feed materials. The system has the characteristics of low conveying pressure, short conveying distance, and reliable conveying. Due to the positive pressure of the system, even if there is a gap at a certain connection point of the piping system, external air or rainwater will not enter, and materials are easily discharged from the discharge port.
