Dilute phase, low-pressure vacuum suction pneumatic conveying system

Working Principle:

Using the Roots vacuum pump installed at the end of the conveying system to extract air from the system, a negative pressure airflow below atmospheric pressure is formed in the conveying pipe. The material enters the pipeline together with the atmosphere from the starting nozzle and is transported to the end separator along with the airflow. The material particles are separated from the airflow by gravity or centrifugal force, and after dust removal, the gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a centrifugal fan or vacuum pump.

System features:

This system is a pneumatic conveying system that uses Roots vacuum pump or centrifugal fan as the gas source to continuously suction and transport materials. This system has the characteristics of low conveying pressure, reliable conveying, and simple equipment. Due to the pressure inside the system being lower than atmospheric pressure, the conveyed material will not escape from the system. Due to the suction nozzle, dust from the material collection point can be avoided from flying, resulting in high production efficiency.
