Dosing and mixing device

Dosing and mixing deviceIt is mainly used for mixing, dissolving, and storing various chemicals in water treatment projects, and then adding the drugs to each injection point through metering pumps or water sprayers.

The appearance of the dosing box is divided into square and circular shapes, and the material is polyethylene (PE). It is formed in one go through rotational molding technology. The upper part is pre-set with the installation position of the metering pump and mixer. The mixer, dosing box, and metering pump are three in one, which is very convenient to use. Its vertical dosing mixer adopts the principle of cycloidal gear combined with planetary transmission, which is an advanced transmission tool in China today. It has a large knob distance, high transmission efficiency, high power, long service life, low price, and does not require refueling. It is a good supporting product for environmentally friendly dosing devices. The preset installation position of the dosing box for the metering pump and mixer is not universally used for all brands and models of metering pumps and mixers. The specific installation needs to be adjusted by the customer according to the actual situation.
