Product advantages:
The double-layer scale body structure is a new type of double-layer, high-precision platform scale upgraded and improved on the basis of the C8 platform, equipped with high-precision tilt sensors, specifically used for weighing precious metals.
The scale surface is made of carbon steel patterned steel plate, and the load-bearing beam is made of flat plate bending. A channel steel base is installed below the scale body, so that the four sensors are completely placed on the same horizontal plane, making the impact resistance, bearing capacity, and accuracy of the scale body stronger.
Install a limiter between the scale body and the base to maintain relative stability throughout the weighing process, thereby achieving high precision.
The scale body is treated with shot blasting and spraying technology, which can effectively eliminate the stress of the scale body, reduce the deformation of the scale platform, and improve the overall performance of the scale body.
