The battery explosion-proof box is mainly used for overcharging and discharging of batteries. During charging and discharging tests, the battery is placed in the explosion-proof box and an external charging and discharging tester is connected to provide protection for the operator and others.

2. Two circular cable ports are opened at the rear of each layer of the box for easy testing of connecting wires;

Mechanical structure of battery explosion-proof test box

1. The box is formed by a CNC digital working machine, with a beautiful and elegant circular arc shape, and a flat non reactive handle for easy operation.
2. The interior of the box is made of SUS # 304 high and low temperature resistant stainless steel plate. The exterior is made of SEEC high and low temperature resistant steel plate with powder baking paint to increase the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. Large scale observation and inspection with lighting to keep the box bright, and using embedded glass in the heating body to maintain a clear observation window at all times.
4. The box is made of high-strength PU foam and high-density glass fiber cotton, with a thickness of 10cm, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss.
5. There are two 50mm diameter test holes on the left and upper sides of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
