Characteristics of gravity shelving: The drum line is tilted at a certain angle and fixed on the crossbeam of the shelf. The tray is placed from the high end and slides down along the drum line by its own gravity. To control the tray to slide down at a stable speed and avoid impact, a damping system is installed at regular intervals on the drum line. The faster the tray slides down, the greater the resistance generated by the damping system. The end separation mechanism is set at the lower end to separate the two adjacent trays at the lowest end, so that the trays at the lowest end can be smoothly removed. The space utilization rate of gravity shelving is higher than that of push back shelving and through shelving, and it truly implements the principle of "first in, first out". Its safety and operational efficiency are the same as that of storage shelving, and it is widely used in various industries.

Pallet Flow racking systemprovides excellent volume utilization on First-In First-Out (FIFO) principle.

Speed reduction units control the speed of pallets, and prevent line build up and pressure, automatic off load separation gates and entry guides ensure ease of operation. As each lane can be used to store different commodities, more picking faces are available than with Drive-In.

Standard palletscan be used on full width rollers. Fornon-standard palletsizes, eitherhigh-density roller or multi track systemscan be provided.
