Beam type shelves are professional warehouse shelves designed for storing and retrieving palletized goods (each pallet is a storage location, hence also known as location type shelves). They are composed of columns (pillars) and beams, and have a simple, safe, and reliable structure.
The design and production of the top shelf system follow the international quality standard ISO 9001:2008 and comply with relevant international design standards. (European Standard ANSI/MH 10.2-1984 Practical Safety Specification for Industrial and Commercial Steel Warehouse Shelves)
Top force shelves will provide different specifications of crossbeam shelves for customers to choose from based on their actual usage: pallet load requirements, pallet size, actual warehouse space, and forklift lifting height, in order to optimize warehouse safety.
The materials used for the top shelf are all made of high-quality domestic steel Q235B, which is rolled by our factory. Its rigidity and strength meet the standards of the mechanical industry.

The manufacturing accuracy of shelf columns should be less than 1/1000L for inner and outer bending, and the columns should be fixed to the ground with high-strength expansion anchor bolts to ensure the stability of the shelves.

The crossbeam is a beam that directly carries the weight of goods, and the weight of goods can be transmitted to the shelves through the crossbeam. The crossbeam is connected to the column through column clamps. After connecting the crossbeam to the column, a safety pin is installed on each column clamp to ensure system safety.
The manufacturing accuracy of the top force crossbeam is that the deflection of the crossbeam load should be less than 1/250L. The default length of the crossbeam is the inner ruler. As shown in the following figure.

The crossbeam and column clamps are divided into three types based on their load-bearing capacity: 3-hooks and 4-hooks. For each layer carrying more than 3000kg, 4 hooks are selected; If the length exceeds 3.3m and the load-bearing capacity exceeds 3000kg per layer, the column clamp will be fixed to the column with bolts.
