Product description

DuPont R134a refrigerant (SUVA 34a)
DuPont R134a refrigerant, chemical name: 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, molecular composition: CH2FCF3, CAS registration number: 811-97-2, molecular weight: 102.0, HFC refrigerant, with an ODP value of zero. The thermal and physical properties of R134a, as well as its low toxicity, make it a highly effective and safe alternative. HFC-134a can be used in many fields that currently use CFCs (dichlorodifluoromethane), including automotive air conditioning, household appliances, small fixed refrigeration equipment, mid temperature refrigeration in supermarkets, commercial refrigeration machines, polymer foaming, aerosol products, and magnesium alloy shielding gases.

Application of DuPont R134a refrigerant (SUVA 34a)
Used as a refrigerant
R134a, as a new generation of environmentally friendly refrigerant, is used to replace R12 (dichlorodifluoromethane), R22, Mainly used in automotive air conditioning, refrigerators, freezers, water dispensers, dehumidifiers, central air conditioning (chillers) and other refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
Used as a protective gasA protective gas used in magnesium alloy processing.
Used for polymer foamingPolymer foaming.
Used for aerosolsHFC-34a can also be used in aerosols with strict requirements for toxicity and flammability; Due to its low toxicity and non flammability, HFC-34a has been developed as a carrier for inhalants (i.e. medical aerosols).

DuPont R134a refrigerant (SUVA 34a) refrigerant oil reference
Compressor manufacturers typically recommend using Polyol Ester (POE) and Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG) (automotive air conditioning) refrigeration oils.

Packaging of DuPont R134a refrigerant (SUVA 34a)
SUVA 34a packaging: Net weight 300g/tube, 30 tubes/box; Net weight 13.62kg/bottle; 100kg/bottle (to recycle packaged steel cylinders); 970kg/bottle (to recycle packaged steel cylinders).
