Overview

Brief introduction: The relocation of aging houses is actually a reverse process in the construction of aging houses. However, due to the fact that various materials have been used and have different ages, targeted plans are needed for disassembly and evaluation. Not all raw materials can be used in the relocation process. Some parts or boards that need to be replaced should follow the principle of retaining old materials and replacing new materials while ensuring performance.

Details introduction:
Relocation of aging housesIn fact, it is a reverse process in the construction of aging houses, but due to the fact that each material has been used for different years, targeted plans are needed for disassembly and evaluation. The relocation process is not applicable to all raw materials, and some parts or panels that need to be replaced should follow the principle of retaining old materials and replacing new materials while ensuring performance.

Attention should be paid to the following ten points when relocating aging houses:

1. Construction must be carried out in the event of a power outage.

2. When separating aging racks or aging vehicle power and communication lines, it is recommended to use the principle of marking one wire after another, which will save a lot of time for checking the lines during the subsequent reinstallation process.

3. When disassembling circulating fans, exhaust fans, and electric heating tubes, it is important to pay attention to marking them properly. The logical relationship between wires and terminals should be illustrated in a circuit diagram and photographed. Easy to view during installation.

4. Fragile items such as lighting fixtures, tri color lights, and glass observation windows in the aging room should be packaged in multi-layer soft packaging and placed separately in paper boxes.

5. When dismantling the rock wool board of the aging room, it is necessary to first take photos from all directions. Each rock wool board should be marked and the position of each marked rock wool board should be drawn on paper. Only then can each rock wool board be smoothly connected during installation.

6. If there is a suspended ceiling on the ceiling of an aging room during disassembly and assembly, the ceiling must be removed first, and then the fixing devices such as screws and expansion screws on the ceiling must be removed; At least three people should participate.

7. When transporting rock wool boards, the principle of two people should be adopted, and try not to collide with the male and female joints and four corners of the rock wool board.

8. The electrical appliances and wires inside the electrical control cabinet are not recommended to be removed except for the total power supply three-phase five wire that needs to be removed.

9. The dismantled three-phase five wire main power supply must be wrapped in multiple layers of electrical tape, or the cable can be directly removed at the source of the cable.

10. The longer the service life of an aging house, the more difficult it is to relocate. It is not recommended to relocate an aging house that has exceeded its service life, as the cost of relocation may exceed purchasing a new one.

Aging room equipment has been widely used in fields such as power electronics, computers, communications, and biopharmaceuticals. However, due to various factors such as changing factories, relocating factories, etc., we may encounter the relocation of aging houses. The aging room is a complete facility, and relocation is not easy. The relocation of aging rooms must be carried out by dedicated personnel. Improper relocation may cause damage to the aging room equipment and lead to malfunctions.

1、 Before demolition, it is necessary to first understand the location of each equipment in the aging house

The general circulation system, overheating exhaust system, heating system, and supporting air duct system are installed on the roof of the aging house. The heater is placed in the circulation air duct on the aging house roof, and the axial flow fan is installed on the aging house roof. If the room is not very large, a centrifugal fan may be used as the main fan.

2、 Aging room wall materials

The commonly used insulation material on the market currently is high-density rigid polyurethane foam. The exterior is made of 304 stainless steel, which has a temperature resistance of 85 degrees, good hardness, and excellent quality. Especially for large-scale aging rooms, this material can be used, and it is also relatively easy to disassemble and relocate, making it convenient for aging rooms. However, this type of board with flame retardant added is relatively expensive.

Therefore, rock wool insulation board has become a commonly used material for aging rooms. Due to its fire resistance, insulation performance, and high cost-effectiveness, more and more high-temperature rooms and constant temperature rooms are using this material as insulation material.

3、 It must be disassembled and assembled by professional personnel

The disassembly and assembly of aging room equipment needs to be carried out by professional personnel, as the disassembled equipment needs to be debugged after assembly, and many key components need to be inspected for replacement to ensure the continued service life of the equipment. Non professionals cannot guarantee the good operating condition of the equipment.

At the beginning of the design of the aging room product, the company's development was fully considered, so when assembling or relocating, the overall engineering and equipment are modular structures, which are more reasonable, easier to operate, and do not cause repeated construction and waste.

After the relocation is completed, it is necessary to check whether the aging house is operating normally:

1. Check if there are any abnormalities in the distribution cabinet and if the voltage is within the normal deviation range of 380V.

2. Check the temperature rise and observe the temperature indicator light. The high temperature is 70 ℃, set to 60 ℃, and the indicator lights will light up sequentially.

3. Arrange the aging boards neatly on the aging rack, taking care not to get them too close to prevent short circuits and malfunctions.

4. After arranging the aging rack neatly, plug in the power and start powering on for aging.

5. Observe the aging board, confirm that the wiring is normal, and then turn on the power supply of the board.

6. Observe the thermometer to check the temperature and heating situation, age for 8 hours, and make records.

7. After aging is complete, turn off the power supply of the heater and then cut off all switches in sequence.

8. Close the air switch of the distribution cabinet and turn on the power to the distribution cabinet.

Aging room is a device that simulates high temperature and harsh environmental testing for high-performance electronic products. It is an important experimental equipment to improve product stability and reliability, and an important production process for various manufacturing enterprises to improve product quality and competitiveness. This device is widely used in fields such as power electronics, computers, communications, and biopharmaceuticals.
