Precautions for using differential pressure gauge
When there are no special requirements from the customer, the accuracy of the instrument shall be inspected and shipped according to a 2.5 level accuracy;
2. The instrument should be used when there is no impact on the reading due to vibration or rapid pulsation of the measured medium pressure;
3. The instrument should be installed vertically and strive to maintain the same horizontal position as the pressure point, otherwise additional errors caused by liquid level differences must be included accordingly;
When measuring stable pressure, the instrument can be used within 3/4 of its maximum allowable pressure value and scale value. When measuring alternating pressure, it should not exceed 1/3-2/3 of the maximum allowable pressure value and scale value upper limit;
If control points are installed on the instrument, the control range should be between 20% and 80% of the measuring range
6. Under normal use, instruments should be regularly inspected, generally every three months. Differential pressure gauges are strictly prohibited from unilaterally increasing pressure beyond the maximum range limit of the instrument;
In case of sudden malfunction of the instrument, it must be stopped from use and repaired. Only after passing the inspection can it be used;
8. During installation, ensure that the instrument connection joint does not rotate relative to the housing;
