The difference is that the instrument insulation box is also equipped with an electric heater, an electric tracing band or a steam heating device, and the shell is sandwiched with a foam insulation layer, a heat-resistant sponge insulation layer or a high-temperature asbestos insulation layer. The body material of the instrument insulation protection box includes fiberglass, stainless steel plates, etc., and embedded glass observation windows can be added to the box door.

1、 Installation and use
1. The instrument insulation and protection box should be installed vertically, and the box feet should be connected or welded with foot bolts, or customized by the user according to the site conditions.
2. When installing the transmitter, first remove the pressure pipe from the back wall of the box and insert it into the box plate (or the side wall according to user requirements), then drill holes according to the number of pressure pipes, insert the sealing ring and pressure pipe, and reinstall the tube plate.

1. Design institutes or users can choose different specifications of instrument insulation (protection) boxes according to the number of instruments, and indicate the number of transmitters and terminal blocks. The color of the box should be indicated (if not specified, it should be selected by the manufacturer). If necessary, a color sample with dimensions of 100 × 50 × 1mm should be provided.
2. To ensure the effectiveness of the protective box, please specify when placing an order:
Model, quantity, place name, location, and meteorological data such as low temperature, wind speed, and temperature in the environment. The temperature range inside the box is required to be maintained.
3. Our company can design and produce non-standard instrument insulation (protection) boxes according to users' special requirements.
