Electric sealed valve is a new type of sealed butterfly valve that can be used both electrically and manually. It is suitable for ventilation pipelines with air as the medium in civil air defense, national defense, and civil industrial processes, and is used for closed circuit and flow regulation.

Principle and structural characteristics　
a、 This valve system consists of a double link butterfly valve and an electric device. It has the characteristics of compact structure, lightweight and flexible.
b、 This valve is driven by a dedicated motor, reduced by a planetary gear system, and limited by a micro switch. Its characteristic is that it is self operated by both electric and manual modes, without the need for switching.

The use and adjustment of electric devices　　
After the assembly of the electric device and valve, it is necessary to adjust the opening and closing end limit and opening indication. The steps are as follows:
a、 Open and close the endpoint limit adjustment.
b、 Open the electrical box cover.
c、 Release the screw light and remove the pointer and two cams.
d、 Manually open the valve plate to the end position, place one of the cams on the spline shaft, and turn on the end switch on the right side that indicates "on"; Then manually close the valve plate to the end position, and place another cam on the spline shaft to open the end switch on the left indicating "closed".
e、 The cam rotates 1 tooth on the spline shaft L, and the output shaft rotates 10 degrees accordingly, which can be fine tuned.
f、 Adjustment of opening indication.
g、 Unscrew the shaft end screw.
h、 Place the tilt pointer at the position corresponding to 'on' and 'off'.
j、 Tighten the shaft end screws again.
