1、 Equipment Overview:

2、 Equipment working principle:
When the battery stem or electronic cigarette is inserted into the nozzle, the suction of the nozzle causes the battery stem or electronic cigarette of the electronic cigarette to be "ignited", and the instantaneous suction force at the time of "ignition" is captured and maintained. The instantaneous suction force is compared with the suction force required by the standard. Generally, there are upper and lower limits for the standard value. If it is lower than the lower limit, the screen will display that the suction force is too small, and the red light for unqualified will light up; If the instantaneous suction force is between the lower and upper limits, the screen displays qualified and the qualified green light is on; If the instantaneous suction force is greater than the upper limit, the screen will display that the suction force is too high, and the unqualified red light will also light up. And after testing each sample, it can automatically reset to zero, making it suitable for rapid batch testing on the assembly line.
