Electronic chemical storage tank

There are two series of electronic chemical storage tanks:
1. Non welded polyethylene electronic chemical storage tank series. The welded polyethylene electronic chemical storage tank series products are molded in one time by using rotational molding equipment and process. The products have the advantages of one-time molding of high molecular polyethylene without joints (the polyethylene storage tank body, inlet and outlet, flange, etc. are all integrally molded without welds, reducing the leakage problem of chemical liquid), impact resistance, aging resistance, light weight, no leakage, acid and alkali resistance, cold and low temperature resistance, long life, and meet health standards.
2. Steel plastic composite electronic chemical storage tank series. Steel plastic composite electronic chemical storage tank products are made by welding stamped steel mesh onto the inner surface of the steel tank, using high polymer material polyethylene (LLDPE) as raw material, and using special rotational molding technology to heat melt polyethylene into the inner surface of the steel tank in one go. The steel tank body, mesh (turtle shell), and plastic (lining plastic layer) are tightly combined to form a whole. This steel plastic composite material has special chemical and physical properties and is a new composite anti-corrosion material that combines the advantages of steel and plastic materials. It has the strength of steel and the good corrosion resistance of polyethylene.
