Equipment usage:
This machine is used for static performance testing and analysis of metal and non-metal (including composite materials) in terms of tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling, tearing, holding, relaxation, reciprocating, etc. It can automatically obtain test parameters such as ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Fm, Rt0.5, Rt0.6, Rt0.65, Rt0.7, Rm, E, and can conduct tests and provide data according to relevant domestic and international standards such as GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, JIS, etc.
Performance characteristics:
1. Using AC servo motors and synchronous toothed belt reduction devices, high-precision ball screws are driven to rotate, and then the moving crossbeam is driven to achieve loading. This machine has a beautiful appearance, good stability, high rigidity, high control accuracy, high work efficiency, low noise, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
2. Adopting advanced Test4.0 fully digital closed-loop control system for control and measurement, using computer for dynamic display of test process and test curve, and data processing. After the experiment is completed, the curve can be magnified through a graphics processing module for data reanalysis and editing, achieving international advanced performance.
3. Corresponding test plans can be edited according to different standards. During the test, as long as the corresponding test plan is selected, the test can be completed according to the standard requirements and a test report that meets the standard requirements can be output.
4. Multiple curves such as load deformation and load time can be selected to display one or more in real-time.
5. Automatic storage of experimental data to avoid accidental loss of experimental data.
6. In addition, an extensometer can automatically calculate test parameters such as ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Fm, Rt0.5, Rt0.6, Rt0.65, Rt0.7, Rm, E, etc. The parameters can be freely set and the resulting graphics can be printed.
