Usage description:
This series of products is widely used in industries such as aerospace, electronics, instrumentation, automotive (motorcycle) components, etc. It is used for accelerated wet heat testing of electrical and electronic products, materials, components, equipment, etc., alternating wet heat, constant wet heat, alternating high and low temperature, etc., to test their various performance indicators, in order to evaluate the behavioral performance of the test sample under given environmental conditions.
Product features:
1. The box is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant appearance.
2. Box material: The outer box is made of cold-rolled steel plate (1.5mm thick) produced by Baosteel, with surface electrostatic powder coating treatment, and the inner box is made of SUS304 matte brushed stainless steel plate.
3. The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inner box bright and provide clear visibility of the situation inside at all times.
4. A double-layer high-temperature resistant high tensile sealing strip is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
5. There is a 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
6. Adopting imported temperature and humidity controller, temperature and humidity are directly displayed.
7. Adopting LCD color LCD touch screen program control, the screen operation is simple, highly user-friendly, the program editing is easy, no key input is required, the screen directly touches the options, the Chinese interface supports English at the same time, and has multiple sets and segments of programs. The system is fully automated, easy to operate, and effectively solves the learning and training difficulties of operators.
8. It has the function of automatic calculation, which can randomly control the temperature and humidity change conditions, making temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.
9. Imported refrigeration units, with key components imported from international famous brands, to improve operational reliability.
10. Adopting a multi wing air supply fan for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, can make the temperature and humidity distribution in the testing area uniform. The design of air circulation for air outlet and return can quickly stabilize the temperature and humidity at the moment of opening the door.
11. The heating, cooling, and humidification systems are completely independent, reducing testing costs, prolonging equipment lifespan, and decreasing failure rates.
12. Full Chinese display of studio overheating, compressor overload, overpressure, water shortage, fan overload, and phase error fault points, convenient for maintenance, and compressor delay protection function.
