Product features: The fully automatic electronic label laminating machine is used for laminating and die-cutting electronic labels. It can be used for dry and wet inlay and label laminating of three or four layer rolls. The lamination and die-cutting of products with equal or unequal inlay and printing layers only require software settings. Integrating online gluing, compounding, die-cutting, and testing, it is suitable for the production of products such as wide roll labels, cloth labels, aviation labels, paper cards, hang tags, and folding cards. The fully automatic modular system is equipped with multi axis synchronization function, and the module layout is reasonable, flexible, and humanized. Multiple sets of tension and correction systems ensure neat edges, high output, high quality, and high-precision processing and production of various products.

The main functions of the device are:
01. Constant tension winding, independent servo control for winding, material breakage alarm protection, automatic inflation of the inflation shaft;
02. Each layer has a material receiving platform for easy material exchange, user-friendly design, and easy operation;
03. Adopting a high-precision correction system with real-time monitoring by ultrasonic sensors, the material in motion is corrected in real-time with a correction accuracy of ± 0.1mm, ensuring the composite accuracy of the label;
