Application of Acrel-5000 Enterprise Energy Consumption Monitoring System in Large Shopping Malls
Abstract: With the improvement of social living standards and the prosperous development of the economy, people's demand for energy is gradually increasing, which has led to an increasingly serious energy crisis. How to understand, analyze, and control the energy consumption of shopping malls in real time has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved. Traditional energy consumption intelligence operates on a monthly/quarterly/annual cycle, while shopping malls operate on a daily and hourly basis, and energy consumption occurs on a daily and hourly basis. This article introduces the Suzhou Shishan Square project, which uses Ankerui intelligent power meters to collect various electrical parameters at the distribution site. The system adopts on-site networking, and after networking, the Acrel-5000 energy consumption monitoring system is used to monitor and manage the electricity consumption of each distribution circuit.

1 Application of Acrel-5000 Enterprise Energy Consumption Monitoring SystemIntroduction
With the deepening of energy-saving work, the scientific management methods for energy utilization are becoming increasingly diverse. The energy management system can monitor the detailed usage of various energy sources in the shopping mall in real time, identify energy consumption weaknesses for public buildings, improve the management level of the mall and reduce operating costs, and provide intuitive and scientific basis for energy conservation and consumption reduction. As a management tool and emerging management tool, energy management systems have been applied in large public buildings, hospitals, and other fields. The Acrel-5000 energy management system at Suzhou Shishan Square reduces energy consumption and increases profits by collecting and managing energy.

3 Project Overview
The main floor multifunctional instruments monitored by Suzhou Shishan Square are 206 PZ series instruments independently produced by Ankerui, which are connected to the system through 22 buses.
4 System Architecture
The Acrel-5000 energy consumption analysis management system of Ankerui adopts a shielded twisted pair network structure directly connected to the backend energy consumption gateway based on the actual situation of the public construction site, and then uploads data to the monitoring host through TCP/IP network. As shown in the following figure:

The system mainly adopts a hierarchical distributed computer network structure, as shown in the system architecture diagram: station control management layer, network communication layer, and field device layer. The entire building's instruments are distributed on each floor, and all instruments are laid to the monitoring center through 485 shielded twisted pair cables. They are then transmitted to the system host through the energy consumption gateway to complete the collection and management of instrument data.
5System software module
◆ Comprehensive energy consumption main interface

The main page displays building images, basic building information, monthly electricity consumption pie chart, and various energy consumption of the building. Based on the selected building, load its building images and select a time to view the building's energy consumption. After selecting the building or time, it will automatically refresh and default to the current day.
◆ Branch energy consumption

The system can calculate the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly energy consumption of each branch during a certain period of time. The system can view the energy consumption trend of each branch, query based on existing dates or custom times, and display the total energy consumption of each branch in the form of a chart.
◆ Sub item energy consumption statistics

The system can perform energy consumption statistics and display by item. Among them, the year-on-year analysis chart of daily energy consumption shows the bar charts of energy consumption for different sub items on the same day and yesterday (blue bars represent today, green bars represent yesterday); Display the energy consumption proportion of each sub item in the past 31 days using an energy pie chart; The stacked chart displays the energy consumption trends of each sub item over the past 31 days; The ranking chart of sub item energy consumption shows the top energy consumption values corresponding to the selected sub itemThe branch of the position.
◆ Sub item Energy Consumption Report

The system can calculate the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly energy consumption of each sub item during a certain period of time. The energy consumption trend of each branch in the sub item can be viewed, and queries can be made based on existing dates or custom times. Statistical data can be exported to Excel.
Analysis of year-on-year and month on month energy consumption

The system can analyze the energy consumption of each major energy consuming equipment on a year-on-year and month on month basis with the same period last year and the previous month's values, test the energy-saving effect, perform energy-saving performance assessment based on the analysis results, and revise energy-saving targets. Calculate the monthly energy consumption of each branch in the current year and the same period last year;
◆ Energy consumption data check
The system can calculate the energy consumption difference between each circuit and its subordinate branches during a certain period of time, and display it prominently (in red area) when it exceeds a certain percentage, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the measurement system.
◆ Configuration Options
According to relevant technical specifications, configure the basic information of the building, such as building function, building area, air conditioning area, building address, etc. The building area and other information will be analyzed for energy consumption per unit area;
Basic information such as the type, model, and manufacturer of the instruments used in the configuration project, and the monitoring parameter information that can be provided by this type of instrument should be added. The configuration situation here affects energy consumption statistics, time-based energy consumption statistics, and parameter query functions;
Configure all measuring instruments used in the project, save the address, transformation ratio, corresponding collector, code, monitoring circuit name, and other information of the measuring instruments;
The information related to measuring instruments, proportions, and calculation methods involved in configuring sub item energy consumption statistics can be flexibly configured according to the project situation. The configuration information here will affect the functionality of the energy consumption analysis module for each classified energy consumption sub item;
Configure the corresponding measuring instruments, calculation methods, proportions, and departmental energy consumption plans for each department. After completing this configuration, the departmental energy consumption analysis function module will be activated;
Configure the measuring instruments, calculation methods, and proportion corresponding to a certain energy consuming area in the building. After completing this configuration, the regional energy consumption analysis function module will be activated
6 Future Prospects
Based on the analysis of the energy consumption operation effect of shopping mall buildings, establish a typical energy consumption analysis model for unified analysis.
Establish a building energy consumption measurement system: Monitor the electrical structure of public buildings up to the level of the distribution room, accurately count the incoming and outgoing circuits, and meet the principle of energy conservation, that is, the incoming electrical energy is the sum of the outgoing electrical energy (with an error rate of about 3%).
◆ Storage of collected data and creation of visual charts: The system collects data and stores it in the database, which can be used for report queries and exports. The system can also display energy consumption trends in the form of bar charts, providing customers with a better experience.
Diagnose high energy consumption points: Management personnel can collect data through the system and conduct targeted year-on-year and month on month analysis of each circuit. Through a one-stage analysis, high energy consumption points can be identified.
◆ Improve management and operation mode through energy consumption analysis: For high energy consumption points, targeted improvement management and operation can be carried out, such as notifying each team to turn off lights and machines during off hours, and including them in performance evaluation; During work, the circuit with high electrical load can be staggered to reduce excessive load at the same time; By using energy consumption data, companies can reduce operating costs and increase profits.
7Conclusion
The energy consumption system of Suzhou Shishan Square is designed to address the energy consumption issues of shopping malls in the context of increasingly tense energy problems and rising energy prices. After the construction of an energy management system, not only can it reduce the workload of staff and improve work efficiency, but the intuitive statistical analysis results can also help building managers make correct analysis based on energy consumption, make correct decisions for future development, and promote energy conservation work, which is of great significance for achieving energy conservation and emission reduction goals.
