FC-YB-150A, 150B Precision Pressure GaugeIt is mainly used to verify ordinary pressure gauges for industrial use, and can also accurately measure the pressure of non corrosive, non crystalline, and non solidifying media on materials such as copper alloys and alloy structural steels at the process site. The precision pressure gauge is equipped with a mirror ring (A-type B-type) below the scale line, which provides clearer and more accurate readings during use. And equipped with a zeroing device (Type B).

A precision pressure gauge consists of a pressure measuring system, a transmission mechanism, an indicator device, and a housing. The pressure measuring elastic element of the precision pressure gauge is treated with special technology to ensure stable and reliable performance of the precision pressure gauge. After being matched and debugged with a high-precision transmission mechanism, it can ensure accurate indication accuracy.
The working principle is that when the pressure of the measured medium acts on the elastic element, it produces elastic deformation displacement, which is amplified by the transmission mechanism driven by the pull rod, and the measured pressure is indicated by the indicator device.

○ Environmental conditions for the use of precision pressure gauges: 5-40 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and environmental vibrations and pressure source fluctuations have no effect on the accurate readings of the instrument.
○ Temperature effect of precision pressure gauge: If the ambient temperature deviates from 20 ± 3 ℃ (type A) or 20 ± 2 ℃ (type B), an additional temperature error of 0.4%/10 ℃ must be considered
○ Weight of precision pressure gauge: 1kg (Type A)? 1.4kg (Type B)
