For users who are still under warranty, Weixin Company recommends that users send them to the manufacturer for appraisal and repair (which can save turnover time), or Weixin Company can send them on their behalf, and the shipping cost shall be borne by the user; For users who have exceeded the warranty period, you can send them to the Beijing Fluke repair center or Weixin company for testing (address below), or you can call our 24-hour repair hotline:, and our dedicated engineers will come to collect the faulty equipment. After the repair is completed, it will be delivered to the user's designated address.Special reminder: Please carefully fill out and copy the 'Fault Instrument Maintenance Registration Form' carried by our engineering personnel before submitting the instrument, and confirm that it has been stamped You will be able to log in through the machine serial number on the registration form http://www.testcenter.com.cn Check the maintenance progress of the machine at any time. | |||

Repair price:All maintenance equipment, whether at the Beijing Fluke Maintenance Center or the Weixin Company Maintenance Laboratory, will receive a fax copy of the maintenance price inquiry form before formal maintenance. After obtaining the user's default permission, the maintenance department will proceed with the maintenance; If the user refuses to repair, they can request the repair department to deliver the instrument. We will return the repaired instrument and retrieve the 'Fault Instrument Repair Registration Form' within 3 working days after confirming receipt of the user's notification. Weixin Company will not charge any other fees to the user.Special Reminder:Whether it is sending to FLUKE Beijing Repair Center or receiving services at the Weixin Repair Department, in either case, users can freely choose the location to receive repair services, and the repair costs will be determined by Weixin Company *.
