Firstly, remove the heavy hammer from the explosion-proof valve body and tighten it in the corresponding position.

1. Confirm whether the dust characteristics transported by the pipeline can meet the construction standards before pipeline installation;

When installing explosion-proof valves, the operation of factory equipment must be stopped to ensure installation in a non potentially explosive environment;

4. The explosion-proof valve should be supported separately and should not rely on paired pipelines for support (if not supported separately, it may affect the performance of the explosion-proof valve).

5. Dust explosion-proof valves with specifications consistent with the pipeline size should be selected;

Before installing this valve, check the cover plate to ensure that it can be flipped freely and its position is in place;

7. When installing this valve, personal protective equipment, professional clothing, and shoes should be worn. The installation personnel should use tools to eliminate sparks, ensure that the valve body is in a horizontal position, and the connection between both ends and the pipeline should be tightly sealed;

8. During debugging, it should be ensured that the cover plate is opened at least 30 degrees, and the cover plate can automatically stop at the "stop" position when the dust collector stops running
