Step 2: Material selection stage. Generally, explosion-proof containers are made of steel plate materials, aluminum alloy materials, stainless steel materials, etc. Select specific requirements based on customer requirements. The selection of materials results in different functions of the cabinet. For example, steel plates and aluminum alloy materials are mainly used in explosion-proof areas with poor corrosion resistance, while stainless steel materials are mainly used in explosion-proof areas with very strict anti-corrosion performance.

Step 3: Make the shape of the explosion-proof container according to the material selection. For example, if welding steel plates, we will weld them in a 1:1 ratio according to the production drawings. After molding, holes must be drilled according to the drawings. After completion, we still need to carry out one more step of spraying. Compared with other chain links, links are also very important because the quality of spraying directly affects the aesthetics of explosion-proof containers, and it is also necessary to print the customer's logo and explosion-proof pattern according to requirements.

Step 4: Assemble the explosion-proof container, which includes the necessary internal configurations such as wiring, components, explosion-proof lights, explosion-proof air conditioning, as well as sealing strips between panels and seams.

Step 5: This is also the most important step, which is to test the assembled explosion-proof container before delivery. That is to say, factory inspection, which requires meeting customer requirements before delivery. The explosion-proof containers we produce must be equipped with corresponding factory inspection reports to customers, so that they can directly see the entire process from production to the factory and have a more detailed understanding of the products.
