Factory has no negative pressure water supply equipment

The factory's non negative pressure water supply equipment is a direct pressurized water supply using the municipal pipeline network as the water source, also known as relay pressurized water supply equipment. The outlet pressure is equal to the municipal pipeline pressure plus the pump head. Compared with traditional water supply equipment, it has the characteristic of directly increasing the pressure of municipal water sources.

Installation requirements for non negative pressure water supply equipment in factories:

1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.

2. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should not be added to the pump to avoid deformation and affecting normal operation.

3. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.

4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.

5. If a check valve is installed in the discharge pipeline, it should be installed outside the gate valve.
