Farm manure and water treatment Large scale aquaculture farms have a large and concentrated treatment capacity for manure and water, with high and severely excessive levels of pollutants such as COD and TP. If directly and widely used for irrigation land, the self purification ability of the land itself will destroy the basic functions of the soil, leading to the blockage of soil pores, affecting soil quality, and causing deterioration of the soil environment. There are a large number of pathogenic bacteria and parasite eggs in sewage. Without harmless treatment, it will pollute the environment. Environmental pollution can lead to the spread and development of infectious diseases and parasites in livestock, which is also a direct cause affecting the production level of livestock.
Livestock and poultry manure wastewater can cause persistent pollution to the environment, making it difficult to treat and restore. However, at present, the treatment of manure and water in livestock and poultry farms is a public welfare project for ecological environment protection, with low economic benefits. The pressure on the breeding environment, which is often limited by funds during construction and actual operation, is increasing day by day. Reasonable comprehensive utilization and harmless treatment of breeding waste are inevitable development trends. Therefore, researching new technologies suitable for manure water treatment in aquaculture farms, reducing investment and operating costs of sewage treatment, saving land, facilitating management, and achieving good effluent quality to meet the requirements of comprehensive utilization, is of great significance to China's national economy, social development, and environmental protection.
Process for treating manure and water in aquaculture farms As the most commonly used method in the field of water treatment both domestically and internationally, coagulation has the advantages of easy operation and high efficiency, and is also one of the most important methods for sewage treatment in China. The coagulation process is achieved by adding coagulation agents to wastewater, causing impurities, fine suspended particles, and colloidal particles in the aqueous solution to aggregate into larger flocs and precipitate, and then separate from water to purify the wastewater. Based on the ability of concrete method to remove nutrient pollutants, a new technology for improving nutrient wastewater treatment will be provided as an experimental basis to further promote the coordinated development of aquaculture and the environment.
After coagulation treatment, various indicators in the sewage have undergone significant changes. As the coagulant acts on the wastewater, it produces flocculent precipitation, resulting in a significant decrease in the turbidity of the wastewater, and the upper layer of liquid gradually becomes clear and transparent. However, due to different coagulants and dosages, the treatment effect varies. The quality of wastewater from aquaculture farms is real-time, and the composition of each component is unclear. Therefore, a beaker test should be taken to determine the appropriate dosage of flocculant.
By integrating the removal rate curves of various indicators, we found that the curve rapidly grows to the area where it tends to slow down at the turning point. If we want to capture this more accurately, we can concentrate on selecting some coagulation doses near the appropriate dose chosen in the experiment. This result also helps to select the experimental gradient for the composite coagulant beaker, but due to the synergistic effect of the various components of the composite coagulant, this value is generally used as the input amount of that component. Improving the accuracy of selecting different coagulants can not only enhance treatment efficiency and capital investment ratio, but also achieve the goal of saving the cost of manure and water treatment projects in aquaculture farms.
