2、 Product principle:Fiber image analyzer cross-sectional method measurement

Fiber Image AnalyzerMainly relying on image processing technology and computer-aided design (CAD) technology, the evaluation of fiber quality and characteristics is achieved through the processing and analysis of fiber images. The main principle is to use an optical lens to capture images of the geometric structure and color information of the fiber surface. Then, the collected images are processed through specific algorithms to extract relevant information and convert it into digital signals. Finally, the extracted data is converted into vector graphics or 3D graphics for display through computer software. This instrument adopts a non-contact detection method, which can achieve non-destructive testing and measurement of fiber surface and internal structure.
