Talos can perform fast, accurate, and quantitative material characterization analysis in multiple dimensions, and is equipped with software features that can improve imaging performance and usability. Talos integrates outstanding high-resolution S/TEM and TEM imaging with industry-leading EDS performance, including EDS tomography technology, to provide structural information in the form of two-dimensional images and three-dimensional volumes. The innovative new software has expanded the range of materials that can be analyzed, while the all-new Ceta 16M camera can quickly switch from a large field of view to the atomic level. The piezoelectric worktable ensures drift free imaging and precise navigation. Moreover, Talos also reserves accessory interfaces that can be equipped with application specific in-situ sample scaffolds for conducting dynamic experiments.
