Titan
Since its launch in 2005, Titan has become a research tool for researchers due to its excellent product design and proven ability to bring breakthrough work results.
FEI's Titan S/TEM platform has been constantly evolving, and now the Titan TEM series covers Titan ™ Themis、Titan Krios ™ And Titan ™ ETEM products have become fully functional S/TEM solutions. All of this comes from revolutionary innovation, including a wider range of high tension, platforms with calibrators, and larger pole spacing (to enable more operations in larger spaces). Titan's development has always been based on stability and flexibility, which is why it has high performance and continues to support researchers in conducting research and exploration at the atomic level.
Titan's Materials Science Applications
The all-new Titan Themis can provide data and high-quality S/TEM images in a short amount of time, enabling two-dimensional and three-dimensional material characterization at the atomic level. Powerful Velox ™ Software, 4k x 4k Ceta 16M ™ The camera and enhanced piezoelectric workbench make Titan Themis more versatile, supporting various new applications such as studying internal magnetic and electric fields. Titan Themis is capable of quickly collecting synchronized EDS/EELS, collecting EDS data quickly, and navigating from mesoscale to atomic scale quickly and accurately, providing researchers with the necessary functionality to help them achieve success and deliver work results.
Titan ETEM G2 is our dedicated environmental TEM platform designed to observe functional nanomaterials and their response to gas and temperature stimuli over time. With the differential pump eyepiece, the specimen area can be transformed into a laboratory for research on catalyst particles, nanodevices, and other materials, enabling atomic level insights into surface and interface morphology and interactions. When needed, Titan ETEM can also be used as a standard S/TEM for atomic level imaging.
Titan's materials science applications include:
- Research on Chemical Composition and Valence Bond States
- Three dimensional chemical composition imaging
- S/TEM tomography
- Magnetic and electric field measurements
- kinetics
- In situ gas-solid interaction experiment
