The main configuration of the packaging scale includes a weighing mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a machine frame, a control system, a conveyor, and a sewing machine. Manually insert the packaging bag into the discharge port, toggle the pinch switch, and the control system receives the bag insertion signal to drive the cylinder to clamp the packaging bag. At the same time, the feeding mechanism is activated to feed the material from the silo into the packaging scale. The feeding mechanism is a double screw feeding mechanism. When the target weight is reached, the feeding mechanism stops and the packaging bag automatically falls onto the conveyor. The conveyor transports the packaging bag backwards for sewing, completing one bagging process.
