The belt feeder adopts I-beams as the main support frame and channel steel as the support legs, with high overall integrity and good stability.
Belt anti deviation switches are installed on both sides of the main support frame to prevent belt deviation;

Circular belt, unique overall design ensures that the belt never deviates;
The driven drum is equipped with a spiral tensioning device;
Unique skirt edge tape can prevent material from overflowing to both sides, while avoiding material accumulation at the head and tail rollers, achieving ideal weighing conditions;
The feed inlet is equipped with a material flow valve to adjust the thickness of the material layer;
A scraper is installed at the lower part of the conveyor belt at the discharge outlet to remove attachments on the belt and improve weighing accuracy.
